Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greets guests upon entry
  • Seats guests or manages waiting list
  • Provides menus and answers initial questions
  • Assigns guests to tables considering server rotation
  • Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Responds to guest complaints and aids in resolution
  • Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and addresses inquiries
  • Maintains adequate knowledge of the menu
  • Provides world-class guest service
  • Follows O'Reilly Hospitality Management culture and safety policies
  • Performs additional duties as required
