Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greets guests upon entry
- Seats guests or manages waiting list
- Provides menus and answers initial questions
- Assigns guests to tables considering server rotation
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Responds to guest complaints and aids in resolution
- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and addresses inquiries
- Maintains adequate knowledge of the menu
- Provides world-class guest service
- Follows O'Reilly Hospitality Management culture and safety policies
- Performs additional duties as required
