Job Requirements
- Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality
- With experience as a Host or Hostess highly preferred but not required
- With experience operating OpenTable, RESY, or other reservations systems is a plus
- Who are fluent in English
- Who are bright, warm, outgoing personality

- With a desire to grow with the company and passion for excellence
- With open flexibility to work various shifts
- Able to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers and walk in guests
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a Host or Hostess is highly preferred but not required
- Familiarity with OpenTable, RESY, or other reservation systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills including clear and articulate telephone manner
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and passion for hospitality
- Ability to speak fluent English

Job Duties
- Greet every guest warmly upon arrival and thank them sincerely as they depart, creating a memorable first and last impression
- Act as a brand ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations and encouraging return visits for special events and catering
- Collaborate with the Maitre'd to manage seating arrangements and ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant
- Answer phones professionally and manage reservations using the OpenTable system
- Assist with accommodating large parties by rearranging tables as needed
- Build strong guest relationships by providing attentive service and helping guests feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Engage with potential guests both inside and outside the restaurant, explaining our menu and inviting them to dine with us
- Support the front desk team in all roles and responsibilities to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
