Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
 - manage the seating chart and efficiently seat guests while balancing guest preferences and server sections
 - provide accurate wait times and ensure guests are comfortable during their wait
 - answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the guest list
 - maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway
 - communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure a seamless guest experience
 - handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
 - assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with special events
