Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
- manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
- work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
- deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
