Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
  • escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating
  • handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
  • work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
  • deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
