Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus ensuring timely and courteous seating
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and special requests professionally
- Manage reservations including new reservations confirmations cancellations and update seating charts
- Work as a team and communicate effectively with management bartenders and service staff
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
