Job Requirements

- Ability to stand, reach, bend and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Professional grooming and hygiene
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, present menus to guests
- Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Take names on a waiting list
- Run the floor plan board
- Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- Take guest information and quote wait times accurately
- Clean, organize and stock menus at host area
- Answer phone and answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant
- Interact with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure positive dining experience
- Transfer to-go orders if applicable
- Maintain restrooms and perform routine cleaning
- Sweep foyer and front entrance area frequently
- Use computer software for reservations and POS
- Perform other duties as directed
- Open door for guests entering and exiting the building
