Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • A friendly and positive demeanor that reflects superb customer service
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and basic POS functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items when necessary

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide information about menu items and promotions
  • Assist in organizing waiting lists and managing guest flow
  • Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely service to guests
  • Ensure that the entrance and dining areas are clean and inviting
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner
