- Ability to greet and welcome guests warmly
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to manage seating and guest flow
- Proficient in handling phone calls and reservations
- Ability to operate cash registers

- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, responsive service to guests
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
- Manage guest seating efficiently and timely
- Promote and act in accordance with SERG Restaurant Group mission
- Provide menus and inform guests of their servers
- Record guest information and manage waitlists
- Assign guests to suitable tables considering rotation
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain communication with kitchen, management, and serving staff
- Inform guests of restaurant specialties and features
- Receive and record dining reservations
- Inspect and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
- Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements
- Coordinate and assist fellow employees
- Fill-in for staff to maintain service standards
- Take and prepare to-go orders
- Operate cash registers for payments
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
