Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Capacity for repetitive motions involving hands and wrists
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting and mobility
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage the wait list and call ahead seating
- Keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Assist in coordinating guest flow during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the restaurant team
