Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand and move quickly for up to 8 hours
  • positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • basic knowledge of phone and order management systems
  • physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • capable of sustained fast-paced mobility
  • comfortable with repetitive hand and wrist motions

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
  • answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
  • manage the wait list and Call Ahead Seating
  • keep the Host/Hostess area stocked with necessary items
  • maintain cleanliness of lobby area, menus and restrooms
  • work collaboratively with team members
  • exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours
