Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior ServSafe certification required within 60 days of hire
- Availability to work varied days and hours with open availability
- Ability to perform duties safely and maintain sanitation standards
- Capacity to manage guest seating and handle customer service situations professionally
- Physical ability to operate dining room equipment and assist with food service
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to job needs
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including full time and part time hours
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, demonstrate flexibility and patience, and possess an interest in people
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
- Supervise the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room ensuring side work and station setup is properly completed
