The role being offered is a full-time Host/Hostess position within the food service and nutrition department at this healthcare facility. This position is vital in providing patients with a high-quality dining experience tailored to meet their nutritional requirements and service expectations. Scheduled shifts run from 7am to 3:30pm, including every other weekend, reflecting the organization's commitment to consistent, reliable meal service. In this role, the Host/Hostess serves as the essential link between patients, nursing units, dietitians, and kitchen staff, facilitating effective communication and coordination of nutritional needs. Responsibilities include assisting patients with room service, delivering meal trays, and ensuring that dietary requirements are respected and met.
