Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and proficiently
- GED or high school diploma preferred
- 1-3 years experience in customer service
- 1-3 years experience in food service
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Windows
- Typing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Friendly and cheerful demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide a high-quality dining experience to patients which meets nutritional requirements and service expectations
- Act as liaison between patients, nursing units, dieticians, and kitchen staff
- Coordinate patient nutritional needs daily through patient interactions
- Assist patients with room service appropriately
- Deliver meal trays to assigned patients
- Maintain knowledge and skills related to patient dietary needs and service protocols
- Display a friendly and cheerful demeanor reflecting the culture of healing and service excellence
