Job Duties
- Provide friendly, responsive service to guests
- Warmly greet and seat guests on arrival
- Manage efficient seating arrangements according to guest wishes and server rotation
- Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Handle telephone inquiries and record dining reservations
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and serving team
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- Relay messages to staff and assist colleagues as needed
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Take and prepare to-go orders
- Operate cash registers for payment processing
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
