Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, responsive service to guests
  • Warmly greet and seat guests on arrival
  • Manage efficient seating arrangements according to guest wishes and server rotation
  • Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Handle telephone inquiries and record dining reservations
  • Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and serving team
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
  • Relay messages to staff and assist colleagues as needed
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
  • Take and prepare to-go orders
  • Operate cash registers for payment processing
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
