Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests as they arrive

- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently
