Job Qualifications

- basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating charts
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently
- manage waiting lists and guest flow
- provide guests with menus and information about daily specials
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints
- assist in managing reservations during peak hours
