Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Manage waitlists and communicate wait times accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Assist in coordinating table turnovers to maximize seating capacity
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of special promotions
- Work collaboratively with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
