Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to engage guests with a friendly demeanor
- basic math skills for processing payments
- willingness to assist with cleaning and side work
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into our restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with the beverage orders for guests
- completing side work
- cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
