Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with the beverage orders for guests
- Completing side work
- Cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
- Managing guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness in the entrance and seating areas
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
