Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to understand and follow health and safety guidelines
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain courteous and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • basic math skills for handling seating capacities
  • reliable and punctual
  • positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • seat guests according to restaurant policies and guest preferences
  • manage the waiting list and inform guests of wait times
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • assist with answering phones and taking reservations as needed
  • provide guests with menus and respond to initial inquiries
