Job Requirements

  • minimum age requirement as per state law
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • basic English proficiency
  • willingness to comply with health and safety standards
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage waiting lists and seating rotations efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience
  • answer guest inquiries and provide menu information when needed
  • assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
  • ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
