Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with beverage orders for guests
- Completing side work, cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
- Managing seating arrangements to optimize flow and minimize wait times
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy periods
