Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
capable of standing and walking for long durations
able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
willing to work in a fast-paced environment
comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
manage waiting lists and reservations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating
assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu
ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
