Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact positively with guests
Basic math skills for processing payments
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Greet guests in a warm friendly manner that welcomes them into the restaurant
Engage in friendly conversation while suggesting new menu items
Process payments and make correct change
Help with beverage orders for guests
Complete side work as assigned
Clean and assist team members as needed
