- basic knowledge of phone and seating management systems

Job Duties
- greet guests courteously and promptly
- seat guests efficiently
- answer the phone and handle to-go orders accurately
- manage the waitlist and Call Ahead Seating
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby, menus, and restrooms
- keep the hostess area stocked with necessary items
- coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth guest flow
