Job Duties
- Manage a wait list effectively
- Use paging system to notify guests when tables become available
- Provide guests with estimated waiting times using Flo's wait time metrics
- Seat guests based on their preferences while balancing server sections
- Hang out menus and/or weekend features and inform guests of their server's name upon seating
- Bus tables quickly and inspect for proper presentation and completeness
- Warmly and graciously greet guests and accommodate special seating requests
- Engage in friendly conversation with guests
- Answer phones promptly with a clear and friendly greeting and provide helpful information
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
