Job Duties
- Manage a wait list effectively
- Use paging system to notify guests when tables become available
- Provide guests with estimated waiting time using wait time metrics
- Seat guests based on preferences and balance server sections
- Hang out menus and inform guests of server's name upon seating
- Bus tables quickly and inspect for proper presentation
- Warmly greet guests and engage in friendly conversation
