Job Duties
- Manage a wait list
- effectively use paging system to notify guests when tables become available
- provide guests with estimated waiting time by using wait time metrics
- seat guests based on their preferences while balancing server sections
- hand out menus and inform guests of their server's name upon seating
- warmly greet guests upon arrival
- accommodate special seating requests
