Job Duties
- manage a wait list
- effectively use paging system to notify guests when tables become available
- provide guests with estimated waiting time using wait time metrics
- seat guests based on preferences while balancing server sections
- hand out menus and inform guests of their server
- bus tables quickly and efficiently
- greet guests warmly and accommodate seating requests
