Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- direct guests to their tables in an efficient and welcoming manner
- take to-go orders and ensure their accuracy
- track the progress of to-go orders and communicate updates to customers
- deliver to-go orders to the correct customers
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist with general customer service tasks as needed
