Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for our guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
- Inform guests of specials and or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- Address guest concerns and inform Manager
- Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guests needs
- Set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
- Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
- Follow the cashier sequence of service excellence
- Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
- Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- Ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest
- Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
- Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
- Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service
- Ensure PCI credit card compliance
- Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
