- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
- ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with guests, staff and management

Job Duties
- Demonstrate pride, attention to detail and have knowledge in all aspects of the restaurant
- ensure menus are cleaned daily and communicate menu maintenance issues with management
- monitor cleanliness and organization of host podium and entrance area
- show guests to their table, provide menus and initial introduction
- ensure fair distribution of tables coordinating between server staff and door staff
- assist other hosts as needed
- follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures
- perform other related duties as assigned
