Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout shift
- Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions and policy documents
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base
- Must comply with company cash handling and security policies

- Ability to read and interpret seating charts

Job Duties
- Greets guests and seats them at appropriate tables according to customer service standards
- Records customer reservations and seating times consistently
- Maintains and updates seating charts for the restaurant
- Sets up and maintains dining room areas before service
- Assists with stocking silverware for shifts
- Provides menu and beverage recommendations to guests
- Oversees food and beverage delivery to ensure quality
- Coordinates between kitchen and floor staff to uphold service standards
- Performs cashier and busser duties as needed including cashing out guests
- Follows cash handling policies and procedures strictly
- Refills water and coffee and removes service items as per procedures
- Supports team with tasks such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, and cleaning during downtime
