Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year relevant hospitality experience
- Proficient in English language
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend and lift up to 15 lbs

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of reception or hostess experience in hospitality
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken

- Ability to handle difficult situations successfully
Job Duties
- Be the first and last point of contact when guests are arriving or leaving the venue
- Ensure the highest professionalism and service
- Use company booking systems and manage reservations
- Communicate courteously with guests via telephone, email, and booking platforms
- Coordinate communication between departments and support reception team
- Adhere to company standards of service quality, preparation, and presentation
- Assist in cloakroom duties and help guests when leaving the venue
