Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in reservations or host roles
  • Knowledge of reservation management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be passionate about hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants or similar establishments
  • Organized and motivating personality

  • Working knowledge of reservation management systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner
  • Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure
  • Answer phone calls and guest inquiries
  • Have full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
  • Manage the day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations/no-show in the reservation system
  • Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty
  • Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as the coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces
  • Guide guests to assigned tables and ensure their satisfaction
