Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, and twist during work hours
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and company policies
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them appropriately according to customer service standards
  • Record customer reservations and update seating charts consistently
  • Maintain and prepare dining room areas before service
  • Assist with stocking roll-up silverware for shifts
  • Seat guests and provide menu and beverage guidance with in-depth knowledge
  • Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
  • Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff to ensure service standards
  • Perform cashier and bus person duties including processing guest checks
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain cash security
  • Refill beverages and clear service items during assigned shifts
  • Support team by rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and maintaining table condiments
