Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist during work hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them appropriately according to customer service standards
- Record customer reservations and update seating charts consistently
- Maintain and prepare dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking roll-up silverware for shifts
- Seat guests and provide menu and beverage guidance with in-depth knowledge
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff to ensure service standards
- Perform cashier and bus person duties including processing guest checks
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain cash security
- Refill beverages and clear service items during assigned shifts
- Support team by rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and maintaining table condiments
