Job Requirements

- valid food handlers card in applicable states
- friendly and outgoing personality

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- notify guests of wait times and manage seating through the computer system
- operate seating system and issue pagers efficiently
- lead guests to their table following proper etiquette
- distribute menus and engage guests with positive final words
- answer phone inquiries regarding menu, reservations, and restaurant information
- resolve guest complaints using the AIM method involving management
- communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- prepare thoroughly for shifts and maintain high service standards
- multitask efficiently while maintaining a guest-focused approach
