Job Requirements

  • valid food handlers card in applicable states
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma preferred
  • food handlers card valid in states such as California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • enthusiasm and team-oriented mindset
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
  • notify guests of wait times and manage seating through the computer system
  • operate seating system and issue pagers efficiently
  • lead guests to their table following proper etiquette
  • distribute menus and engage guests with positive final words
  • answer phone inquiries regarding menu, reservations, and restaurant information
  • resolve guest complaints using the AIM method involving management
  • communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • prepare thoroughly for shifts and maintain high service standards
  • multitask efficiently while maintaining a guest-focused approach
