friendly and outgoing manner
ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Job Duties

greet guests with a smile and appropriate greeting following company standards
record customer reservations or seating times
maintain and update restaurant seating charts
set up and maintain dining room areas before serving
assist with maintaining silverware stock
seat guests and advise them on menu and beverage choices
oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure service standards
perform cashier and bus person duties as required
follow cash handling procedures
patrol assigned station for refilling and cleaning
perform additional duties such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, and cleaning and filling table condiments
