Job Requirements

  • ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a smile and appropriate greeting following company standards
  • record customer reservations or seating times
  • maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • set up and maintain dining room areas before serving
  • assist with maintaining silverware stock
  • seat guests and advise them on menu and beverage choices
  • oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
  • liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure service standards
  • perform cashier and bus person duties as required
  • follow cash handling procedures
  • patrol assigned station for refilling and cleaning
  • perform additional duties such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, and cleaning and filling table condiments
