Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous host/hostess or front desk experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Familiarity with reservation or POS systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using established protocols
  • Coordinate with dining room and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow and timely table turns
  • Answer phones, confirm reservations, and provide information about dining venues and club events
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the host stand and entry area
  • Deliver an elevated, welcoming experience with grace, efficiency, and attention to detail
