Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service setting preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Capacity to handle high-volume work environment

Job Duties
- Provide genuine hospitality and welcome guests at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
