Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a host or hostess in a high-volume restaurant
- Familiarity with digital table management systems such as Seven Rooms
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Calm and capable in high-pressure situations
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 60 days of hire
- Able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift
- Occasionally lift or move 25-50 lbs
- Visual acuity for reading screens, seating charts, and guest cues

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests with confidence, professionalism, and a sense of hospitality
- Manage table assignments and reservations using Seven Rooms or similar systems
- Maintain calm and order at the host stand even during peak times
- Answer phones and guest inquiries with clarity, patience, and professionalism
- Keep the entrance and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
- Step up to assist with guest concerns, checkouts, or team support when needed
