Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year hostessing experience
  • Ability to speak conversational Vietnamese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greets guests at the door and seats them promptly
  • Presents clean menus to guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manages reservations and waiting lists
  • Coordinates seating arrangements with servers
  • Communicates accurate wait times to guests
  • Monitors tables for cleanliness and occupancy status
  • Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus at the host station
  • Answers phone calls and addresses questions about the menu and restaurant
  • Interacts with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive experience
  • Fills to-go orders if applicable
  • Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently
  • Performs other duties as assigned
