Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year hostessing experience
- Ability to speak conversational Vietnamese
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greets guests at the door and seats them promptly
- Presents clean menus to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manages reservations and waiting lists
- Coordinates seating arrangements with servers
- Communicates accurate wait times to guests
- Monitors tables for cleanliness and occupancy status
- Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus at the host station
- Answers phone calls and addresses questions about the menu and restaurant
- Interacts with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive experience
- Fills to-go orders if applicable
- Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently
- Performs other duties as assigned
