Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of fine dining bar or dining room experience
- High school or equivalent education
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate cash register POS system and Microsoft-based systems such as Open Table
- Must be impeccably groomed and maintain good hygiene
- Possess valid Liquor Commission Card or Certificate of Registration
- Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card
- Strong dedication to learning and motivation to progress
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Responsive to constructive feedback

- Maintain smooth flow of service throughout the dining room

- Keep workstations clean and organized in line with restaurant standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance guest experience
