Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age
basic knowledge of dining room procedures and foodservice operations
ability to communicate effectively among employees and guests
time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment or under pressure
weekday availability for lunch

Job Duties

managing the guest reservation flow and experience of the dining room
maintains a clean and organized host station ensuring menus binders side tasks and other materials are orderly
accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
follow all cash handling procedures when collecting payment including balancing receipts and house banks
prepare daily staffing sheets and checklists
fill in for other restaurant roles as needed to ensure smooth operation
maintain orderly retail displays and inventory sales reports
attend staff meetings as required
