Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
 - prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles
 - knowledge of cocktail basics and beverage service
 - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
 - physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
 - positive attitude and friendly demeanor
 
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a host or hostess in an upscale or luxury dining environment preferred
 - knowledge of beverage programming with a focus on cocktails
 - excellent verbal communication skills
 - ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
 - strong interpersonal skills
 - capable of working in a fast-paced environment
 - physical stamina to lift moderate weights
 
Job Duties
- greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome
 - manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining room flow
 - maintain host stand cleanliness and organization
 - communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team
 - assist in reservation management and waitlist coordination
 - uphold high standards of professional appearance and hospitality
 - anticipate guest needs to enhance overall dining experience
