Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months of restaurant service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with team members
- Positive personality and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle high stress levels during busy service hours
- Physical ability to carry items up to 40 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of restaurant service experience preferred

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good phone skills and customer interaction
Job Duties
- Greet members/guests at the door and seat in the appropriate dining room
- Provide menus and notify servers of table while controlling the flow of guests being seated in multiple dining rooms
- Take reservations in reservation system adhering to set reservation levels and noting special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Answer telephone calls properly and provide general Club information to members and guests
- Check voicemail messages and return calls promptly confirming reservations at least one day in advance
- Assist with service as needed including pouring water or coffee
- Reset tables as required
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Complete all opening and closing sidework and weekly cleaning duties
- Attend all required staff meetings
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Perform any tasks assigned by server captain, supervisor, or manager
- Work effectively under high volume conditions
- Adhere to safety, health, and Club standards
