Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests professionally
- knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- strong attention to detail and organization skills
Job Duties
- welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
- manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front-of-house areas
- assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- support team members during peak times to enhance guest satisfaction
- ensure compliance with all food and beverage service regulations
