- Experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for hospitality

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist with reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- Seat guests and communicate with the service team to maintain smooth flow of service
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
- Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
