Job Requirements

- Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the guest seating process
- Coordinate reservations and maintain an organized waitlist
- Provide attentive and patient service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host station and entry area
- Facilitate communication between front-of-house staff and kitchen team
- Assist in training new host staff and participate in ongoing learning opportunities
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
