Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
  • Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • Routine standing for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus, especially telephone etiquette and greeting guests
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
  • Monitor and stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness
  • Support team members to work together effectively
  • Share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
