Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform other duties as required
Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
Routine standing for the duration of the shift
Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality
Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus, especially telephone etiquette and greeting guests
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
Monitor and stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness
Support team members to work together effectively
Share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
